    The mystery shoppers were because failed to customer service class because failed to go to customer service class because they could be anybodyi once had to customer service class because failed.

    I dont think you can tell. They just look like everyone else. Thats why their “secret” shoppers.

    You cannot tell if they are secret shoppers or not. They do certain things to avoid being figured out, such as trying to not be so obvious in getting your name, checking their watch in private, and not completing the reports until they get home. Lots of friendly or flirting people will try to read badges and lots of people also buy only a few items. If you asked several customers, you would probably guess only one correctly and even they would deny it so as not to blow their cover. It would also upset your manager if he knew you were bothering the customers with such trivial questions. He would rather you not know who are the secret shoppers either, preferring that you be fair and polite to everybody.
